Terms of Service

By using VelosBot ("the Service", "we", "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What VelosBot is

VelosBot is an automation tool that helps verified Binance P2P merchants update their ad prices automatically. The Service includes:

A desktop bot application (VelosBot.exe)
An Android control app
A licensing server at velosbot.com

VelosBot is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Binance.

2. You must be eligible

To use VelosBot you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Be a verified Binance P2P merchant
Comply with Binance's own Terms of Service
Comply with the laws of your country
Use your own Binance account, not someone else's

Each license is bound to one Binance account. Sharing licenses or running the bot for accounts other than your own is forbidden and will cause your license to be suspended without refund.

3. Pricing and payment

Each unlocked asset costs $20 USD per month.
We accept USDT on the Tron (TRC-20) network only.
Payment is made in advance for each month.
We may change prices at any time. Existing customers will be notified at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

4. Free trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial. The trial gives you full or partial access for 7 days. After the trial expires the bot stops working unless you pay. Trials may be limited to one per Binance account.

5. No refunds

Because payment is in cryptocurrency, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you experience a real bug that we cannot fix within a reasonable time, contact us and we will discuss it case-by-case.

6. Trading risk — read carefully

VelosBot only changes prices. It does not place trades, accept orders, or release coins. You remain in full control of your Binance account.
The Service does not guarantee profit. P2P trading involves risk. You may lose money.
You are responsible for the prices the bot sets. You set the rules (deadzone, fallback, filters). The bot follows your rules.
We are not responsible for losses caused by:
- Wrong settings you entered
- Binance API errors or downtime
- Network outages
- Counterparty fraud
- Market movements

7. We can suspend your account

We may suspend or terminate your license, with or without notice, if you:

Violate these terms
Violate Binance's terms
Try to share, copy, or resell the Service
Use the bot for fraud or money laundering
Reverse-engineer or attempt to crack the software

8. The software is provided "as is"

VelosBot is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or other claims arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.

9. Updates

We may update the bot software at any time. You agree to install the latest version we send you. Old versions may stop working.
